We show up early, set up clean, carve on-site, and break down when the last plate is empty.

HOW FAR IN ADVANCE SHOULD I BOOK?

For weddings and large events, 2–6 months is ideal. For corporate lunches and smaller gatherings, two to three weeks usually works. Holiday and graduation season fill up fastest.
 

WHAT'S YOUR MINIMUM GUEST COUNT?

Drop-off catering starts at 15 guests. Full-service events start around 25. For anything smaller, just reach out and Eric will see what he can do.
 

DO YOU TRAVEL OUTSIDE DFW?

Trophy Club is home base, and we cover the entire DFW metroplex plus North Texas. Farther out? Ask.
 

WHAT ABOUT DIETARY RESTRICTIONS?

Flag specifics on the quote form and we will work them in.
 

HOW DOES PRICING WORK?

Every quote is custom based on menu, headcount, service style, and location. No hidden fees. You'll see the full breakdown before signing anything.
 

WHAT'S REQUIRED TO LOCK IN A DATE?

A signed agreement and a deposit (typically 25%). The balance is due the week of the event. Simple, clear, no surprises.
